Heavenly Daze CDs & Records, The One And Only Genuine Hippie Store, was opened
in Yuba City, California, in 1997. Owned & operated by husband & wife
team, Marvin & Deb Philips, along with their son, Jason, the store has grown
to include one of the largest selections of new vinyl in northern California.
Knowledge of music and record collecting have drawn people
into the store from as far away as Japan and Finland. Thousands of records, both
new & used are
for sale here at VERY reasonable prices. Heavenly Daze CDs & Records recently
received a five-star rating as reviewed for "Sacramento-Best Places To Shop".
 Location:
Yuba City is located 40 Miles North of Sacramento on Highway 99, in the beautiful
Sacramento Valley. Our twin city, Marysville, is home to the Sleep Train Amphitheater,
operated by "Bill Graham Presents", and along with the many music festivals
that happen throughout the year, the area is host to numerous local bands.
In the summer of 2005 we relocated to 565 N. Palora Avenue in Carriage Square
with lots more room for more records and CDs! In case you missed our Grand Opening

page.
Heavenly Daze is proud to include the CDs of local artists for sale. The store
carries, literally, thousands of new & used CDs. Many are hard-to-find imports
and Out-Of-Print titles. Although the store offers CDs by popular new artists,
classic rock is the main event at this unique store. CDs by Captain Beefheart,
Arthur Lee & Love, Blue Cheer, Jimi Hendrix and others can be found here
in quantity. We also have a large selection of Blues, Jazz & Country.
The atmosphere of the store will take you on an adventure back in time. Incense,
tie-dyes, oil lamps, candles, and hand blown glass beads can be found here. You
can also design your own hemp jewelry and have it hand-made by our in-store artisans!
Most people who enter this place, quite honestly, don't want to leave. So come
on in... we'll put the "Stones" on the turntable. The black lights
are glowing and everything is VERY groovy here. Peace to all.

"It may
not be the size of Camelot or Dimple but guaranteed you will find one of kind
originals here. You walk in to smelling mad amounts of patchouli oil and sage
incense. I don't normally go for those scents, but it is rather soothing and
fitting with the atmosphere of this cool shopping experience. You have to try
it out for yourself to see what I mean. But, I can tell you that I know you will
not walk away empty handed. Rather, you will walk away with a new treasure to
add to your collection."
