Policies
Heavenly Daze CDs & Records is independently owned and operated. We are
an actual store-front located at 565 Palora Ave. in Yuba City, CA.
Some of the items you will read about here are for sale; others are not (for
instance... Marvin will NEVER part with his 'Black Patti's... don't even ask).
We do take 'want lists', and if we can find an item for you, you may purchase
it. Please email your lists or send them in a snail mail to the address below.
Do NOT phone your lists in.
We accept the following forms of payment:
1. Money Order (US only)---order will ship
the next business day after we receive payment.
2. Personal or company check (US
only) 10 days to clear from the date it arrives until order is shipped.
3. ATM
/ DEBIT cards with Visa or MC logo (US only)---immediate ship.
4. Credit cards--immediate
ship.
*NOTE* We do NOT accept Paypal.
DO NOT EMAIL US YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. You must call this in and you will need:
1. Your credit card number
2. Expiration date
3. Shipping address which must
match the address on file through your credit issuing agency
All credit/debit cards are electronically processed.
Shipping:
Shipping is calculated according to standard USPS rates. WE REQUIRE INSURANCE
ON ALL PURCHASES.
If you would like an alternate shipping method (UPS or FED X), this will cost
more. However, we DO NOT charge a handling fee. Rates are based on the actual
service plus insurance.
International / over-seas orders: please call for instructions.
ALL ORDERS OF $50.00 OR MORE (US) REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY.
Return Policy:
We will make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped well packaged
and in a timely fashion. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
contact us immediately. After 10 (ten) days of signed postal receipt, all sales
are final.
If there is a problem with your order:
1. Please retain all original shipping materials.
2. Before you call, please have
any credit card receipts / copies of money orders / bank transaction receipts
or other proof of purchase handy.
3. Try to remain calm. The oxygen masks will
drop down shortly and someone will be along with a beverage cart.
