Concert Videos|DVDs

This section features live performance VHS & DVD recordings. Most reviews here will be of concerts by well know artists; however, there will also be a few interview sessions as well. Most of these are still available, however many out-of-print titles can be found on Ebay or as import releases.

Heavenly Daze Rating System:

5-1/2 records = Buy two copies. Wait... buy three, 'cause if this little gem ever goes out of print or you lose it, you'll be kicking yourself all the way to the Ebay listings to get it back & money will be no object.
5 records = It doesn't get much better than this. If it's a movie or a concert DVD, it's one you'll want to watch over & over & over & over. If it's a record or CD, you'll wear it out. A true classic (or one that's GOING to be).
4-1/2 records = Okay... not QUITE a fiv'er. If it's music, we dug all but a couple of tracks. If it's a movie or concert video, there were only a few "ho-hum" moments.
4 records = If it's a movie, nice story line (maybe a little clich or hard to follow), but cool. If it's music, well... maybe it could have been mixed better or some of the tracks were a little lame. Still, most of it's enjoyable.
3-1/2 records = Nicely done. Could have been better (slap the sound engineer or take the valium & vodka away from the director). You'll listen to it (or watch it) a couple of times then put it on a shelf & get it out again in ten years (at which time you will DIG IT )
3 records = Same as 3-1/2, EXCEPT, when you get it out again after ten years, you watch it (or listen to it) again then use it to prop up that sagging corner of the bookcase.
2-1/2 records = Has very little musical or entertainment value whatsoever. If it's a movie, you'd rather watch your great Aunt Mabel come strolling naked out of the shower than watch this flick again. If it's music, you check your equipment
2 records = Don't bother unless you really like the cover art.
1 record = Even the cover art sucks.
